No Change at the Top as The 103rd AMF Petersen Classic runs April 25, 2013 thru September 1, 2013. The tournament is 8 games across 16 lanes and costs $90.00 per person to bowl. Prize funds, contacts and additional information is located elsewhere on this site. Look around the site for information on lodging and some of the many great attractions in "Chicagoland". Hoffman Estates is a western suburb of Chicago located west of O'hare Airport.

Try to knock down the "Heavy Timber" of the AMF Lumberjack Challenge, the only Authorized Companion Tournament to the Legendary Petersen Classic. The Lumberjack Challenge runs during the same dates and at the same site at the "Pete". Carrying a 1st prize of $2,500.00 (based on 500 entries), the Tournament is 4 games of 9-pin no tap and is open to men and women. Entry fee is $45 and you can re-enter for just $35.
Be Sure To Try Donald W. Ware III, Rochester, PA, still leads through 2 weeks with 1,508. Rodney Sanders, West Point, IA, sits in second place with 1,497. In the third spot is Larence G. Harvanko, Champlin, MN with 1,484.
Lisa M. Nehls, Zimmerman, MN, currently leads in the POA catagory with a nice +176 over average and current tournament leader Donald W. Ware III, also leads Added Actual with 830, Official Hotel Prize List with 1,187, and if that wasn't enough, he is also the early leader in The Lumberjack Challenge with 1,033.
